Its the best radio station in the world. beside it represents the greatest and prettiest nation Spanish! lol I listen to it everyday.. :)
The first thing I did was to test the problema identified by the other users. It was straight forward to figure OIT what channel am I listening to. My connection worked flawlessly over wifi. I have not tried 3G yet. I do appreciate a lot getting so easy access to Radio Nacional while being in another continent. For specific programs check out their podcasts.
I like this APP very much and I always used in in my car in Brazil. Problems: actually, I think the developers never tested it on a Car System or earphone that uses BlueTooth - the volume slider always had minor visual problems if you are outputing the sound on Bluetooth. BUT: After upgrading to iOS4 the app crashes if you change the volume on normal speekers - and if you are bluetooth connected the app crashes from the very beginning. ---- Spanish: Me gusta mucho este App, siempre lo utilizo en mi coche en Brasil. Pero hay un problema: pienso que los desarrolladores nunca lo haciéran testes en un sistema de sonido o earphones que utilizan Bluetooth - lo cambiador de volume siempre ha apresentado problemas. Pero, después del upgrade para iOS 4, no se puede cambiar el volume mismo en la salida normal de phones - y si está en bluetooth ahora la app sali de pronto cuando empeça a tocar.
This is the best radio app on the market. All the complaints are old and the issues have been resolved. Lo mejor app y lo mejor en la lenugua espanola. Highly recommend it.
Works perfectly, simple and functional. The new functionalities to listen to non-live content are great.

Some bad moments

Update: I dont think they are reading these posts because drop outs still occur. My star rating is dropping too. Por favor.......arreglarlo de una vez......Gracias!! I spoke too soon. Program stream drops out and does not automatically reconnect like all other radio apps like EITB, Cat Radio, NPR, etc. Please fix this problem. Also, audio level is quite different between channels. Please fix this problem too. Gracias. I am happy to say that this application works like a well oiled Swiss watch! This is a top notch application that allows listeners around the globe to tune in and listen to Spains best and most influencial radio stations. Simple, effective, easy to use, and no cost. I reported a small problem with it yesterday and it is already resolved today! That tells me that RNE is listening and truly cares about their listeners experiences. RNE, del parte de vuestros oientes, muchas gracias!
Worked very well and then suddenly died--no longer connected. RTVE needs its engineers and technicians to go back to the proverbial drawing board
Obviously the developer of this application never tried to use AirPlay on it. The location of the AirPay button makes it close to impossible to use it. If they fix that, this App deserves 5 stars. As it is, one.
